Your satisfaction is important to us. If any product, for any reason, does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any item(s) can be returned for a refund, if it qualifies under the following terms:You must return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in itʼs original condition, unworn, unwashed, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number which we will use to track and process your return. Any merchandise returned without an RA number may be subject to further review.
Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage incurred when ordering or returning goods is not refundable.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your account to be credited with the refund from the day of cancellation/refund.

Exchange Policy
We are aware that sometimes a particular size or color may not meet your expectations.If this should happen, please return the item(s) you wish to exchange along with the original invoice within 30 days of receipt and we will promptly ship the appropriate size/color.

Any merchandise returned without an EA number may be subject to further review.
You will be responsible for postage to return the item to us, but we will not charge any extra to send the exchanged item to you by Priority Mail. Any non-Priority Mail shipments (example: Next-Day, 2nd Day Delivery) will be paid for by the customer.
Please do not return any goods for a Refund or Exchange unless you qualify under all the above terms and conditions, as we will be unable to process the refund.
